Hi! I’m Judi, I’m a clinical hypnotherapist, and it is my mission to make hypnosis accessible, affordable, and available to everyone, so more people can experience the benefits of hypnosis anytime, anywhere, and for any goal.
In recent years, meditation and mindfulness have achieved a mainstream acceptance for stress reduction but hypnosis and hypnotherapy are still shrouded in a bit of stage show chicken clucking mystique and misunderstanding. I want to change that.
Hypnosis and meditation are quite similar in terms of the relaxed brain waves (alpha and theta) that we go into, however, I have found that hypnosis is a much more powerful tool for stress relief and change. Where meditation does require concentration, focus, and sometimes years of practice, hypnosis can get you to a relaxed state fast and make lasting positive changes to your subconscious.
I’ve got one goal, and that is to make hypnosis accessible and affordable for anyone who wants it.
I offer solution-focused hypnotherapy for a range of issues; however, hypnotherapy might not be an option for you, and depending on your needs, self-hypnosis or a self-hypnosis program might be a better fit. I want to create a space with options that everyone can have access to hypnosis so that they can reclaim their health and find their happy place.
There are 3 levels to choose from – HypnoTracks (self-hypnosis downloads), HypnoKIts (self-hypnosis downloads combined with an at-home 28-day program to make lasting and positive changes), and Online Hypnotherapy (available on Zoom).

Everyone enters a hypnotic state (Alpha) every day, several times per day. In alpha, your mind is slowed down a little bit, your focus narrows, your breathing slows, and you are relaxed.
This happens when you watch TV, read a book, play video games, and drive a car. It’s the same state you are in when you just wake up or right before falling asleep. You aren’t entirely conscious, but you aren’t entirely unconscious either.
When you are in this state, you’re much more suggestible than when you are fully awake (Beta). Sometimes people think they can’t be hypnotised, but that’s really just a bit of a misunderstanding as to what hypnosis is and what it is not.
Hypnosis is just a natural state which everyone moves in and out of throughout each day. It’s just like the state you are in when you’ve been driving a car for a long-distance, do you know that feeling? It isn’t that you are unconscious, but you do tune out. Your focus is concentrated on driving.
